THE BARAAT / JAAN ARRIVAL

The Baraat or Jaan ceremony is a significant ritual in a traditional Indian wedding. This joyful procession marks the arrival of the groom, often accompanied by his friends and family, to
the wedding venue. The baraat typically includes music, dancing, and the beating of drums, creating a lively atmosphere. During the procession the groom is usually dressed in traditional attire as he proceeds to the wedding ceremony accompanied by the Dhol players.

The grooms side will be well-prepared with a comprehensive briefing on their roles in the procession by our Dhol players, leading to a vibrant and engaging atmosphere as we
position ourselves front and center to guide everyone toward the venue.

The lively procession, typically lasting 20-30 minutes, can be extended if the groom;s entourage opts to keep the celebration going, with our drummers impressively dressed in coordinated
traditional attire to enhance the festive spirit of the day.
Reception
THE RECEPTION & GRAND ENTRANCE

The grand entrance featuring our dhol players sets an exhilarating tone for any celebration, infusing vibrant energy and rhythm into the atmosphere. The dynamic beats of the dhol, a
traditional Indian drum, create an infectious ambiance that captivates guests and invites them to join in the festivity. As the players skilfully perform, their presence not only honours
cultural traditions but also enhances the joyous spirit of the occasion, making it a memorable and engaging experience for everyone involved.
Our Dhol players can also provide custom entrances upon request, allowing a truly unique and one-off entrance for the bride & Groom
Dhol Performance set

The Dhol performance sets takes your guests onto a musical journey, by providing an energetic, memorising performance. The music performance sets include but not limited to Old/New School Bhangra, Desi, Bollywood and some of the biggest English songs to date
and typically lasts 25 minutes in total. There are also options for us to create custom sets that can set your wedding apart from all others and deliver a truly unforgettable experience!
